Legal conditions

- According to Spanish Law (Ley organica 15/1999 de 13 de diciembre de proteccion de datos de caracter personal), all personal information submitted when booking can only be used for reservation purposes.

- Your personal information is protected by law.

- Cancellation of booking less than 14 days before arrival implies loss of deposit. (30% from the total price).

- We kindly remind you that smoking is not allowed in the apartments or in communal areas. 

- This reservation does not require advance payment. The total amount will be paid when you arrive at your destination.

- Acording to local rules pets are not allowed.

- We provide free travel cot up to 2 years old child. 

- Check-in after 16h. Check-out before 12.
